I call them FUN whether it happens to be raining outside or not!  I've put together a collection of ideas that I would love to do with my kids and I hope it inspires you too.  Many of these ideas require some supplies you might not have on hand, so I recommend selecting a few to have ready for your next "Rainy Day"!

  3. Great links Rachel! There's a few I haven't seen before! We made homemade puffy paint two different ways this summer. We had to do a lot of indoor activities, but for the extreme heat, not rain! Here's a link to how we did the paint: http://naptimecraftmommy.blogspot.com/search/label/puffy%20paint

  13. When it rains at our house, the audiobooks come on. There are lots of great sites to download them from, but we use this one a lot because the stories are original and free. Here's the link if anyone is interested. http://www.twirlygirlshop.com/moral-stories-for-kids
