Welcome to the party!!!
We survived the 13 hour flight from Beijing to Chicago, and all of us but my husband have managed to adjust to the new time. It is so nice to be back home, and spending time with family again! My kids are thrilled to be with their cousins. We are ready for a great summer!

I'm bouncing off the walls at this moment. I will be on a plane with my family on Sunday, on our way home for the summer. I cannot contain my excitement!!!!!!!

Summer Reading Inspirations

Summer is here! It is important to me that my kids are reading over the summer months. One of my three children loves to read. So what can I do to facilitate reading for the other two? How can I make it easy and fun, and create some form of incentive to get my non-book loving children just as excited? Well, that is my mission this week. Here are the amazing ideas I've find online that I'm using to come up with a system that works in our home.

From creating the space, collecting the books, logging and rewarding... perhaps even throwing a book party? Lots of great ideas here! I hope you find some inspiration too!
