I recently received a box full of goodies from Whole Port. Inside were THESE awesome little clips! I have two little girls that love having pretty things in their hair. However, one has very thick hair, and the other very thin and fine. These clips are some of the best I have come across. They work so well in both of my girls' hair. The little teeth on the clip keep it in place nice and tight too! And I love that they came in black as opposed to the silver. My daughter and I used these clips to create some pretty new hair things. We came up with lots of different sparkly designs!
How to Make Your Own Sparkly Hair Clips
- GENEROUSLY cover the top of your hair clip with the E6000 glue. It is pretty thick, so you shouldn't have to worry about it dripping off the sides.
- Place the glued top of the clip down into a bed of beads. Gently lift out.
- Your clip should now be nicely covered with beads. You can carefully press the beads onto the top if any are hanging over the sides. Add some beads where you see holes, or even sprinkle glitter over the top to fill in the cracks.
- Set aside for several hours, until completely dry.
Have fun experimenting with different beads and sparkles!
